I'm not sure if its actually viable but damn if I don't love the idea
i bet if u do some sanding and then a sealing coating it'd be alright.. theres also a bunch of flexible filaments that exist :) but idk how porous they are :(
[as far as i know, filament based printing is always going to end up a little porous, but printing a mold and pouring silicone is a good method, I know people who have done that]
