I think I'm noticing I'm more sensitive to noises than I thought. Went out to buy groceries and there was construction work with a jackhammer, then a truck was going up the hill alongside me and it was so loud I started audibly groaning due to how sick of all that noise I must've been. it was kind of an involuntary reaction too, I just went uuuuuuuuuuuurgh
