bloodmoon is so tedious, you start with the fort quests which are nice and simple, the raven rock quests are fine, but the main questline I think just sucks. there's six rituals of mixed difficulty and annoying..ness to accomplish you need to do for the skaal, then there's busywork with killing a draugr guy, then fetching an amulet, then there's the busywork of hunting a bear, also you get infected with awoo regardless of if you're the nerevarine and are thus immune to disease because the almighty quest flag demands it, and the ffffffucking castle karstaag quest where you have to protect the bastard riekling krish who dies really easily and he's essential to completing the quest but not essential like bethesda would make him now so losing progress on that is really easy, which I did, then when you protect krish, kill the grahl, enter the castle, kill the other rieklings, I found out dulk isn't very obvious and you need to talk to him to complete the quest but I was on autopilot murder mode and murdered him without noticing it and thought "wait where's the guy I need to talk to" and that was probably an hour of progress lost because I for some reason remembered him being in the throne room and not just in the hall of the castle. I don't need to do bloodmoon but completionism demands I suffer through it, and I'd love to be a werewolf if being a werewolf in morrowind wasn't so punitive and inconvenient. the murder one person a night requirement is dumb and the fact the entire world starts hating you in your regular form if any npc sees you transform is silly, but hey it's old bethesda jank in action. I'd say don't bother with bloodmoon. bad expansion as much as the island is cool in concept it's also a chore to navigate because you'll get swarmed by wolves, bears and half naked people with hear helms.
