I think banks (and many other companies I'm sure) must think we're all stupid because they're calling chatbots AIs now. I'm having to talk to a bank and they throw you into a chat with a bot, there are menus you can tap to select specific keywords, none of them helped me of course so I ask to talk to a real person, then the bot insists it can help you! You have to ask twice to talk to a real person who will actually help you sort out your problem which just feels insulting to me. I hate banks.
