this saturday's my first without therapy in a while. and the first one since I decided to just stop becacause it was doing way more harm than any good. feels weird but also not exactly bad. I would've liked to have had a therapist who didn't corner me and made me sit in silence in front of her while avoiding eye contact, one who didn't refuse to help me one day because I wasn't on antidepressants anymore (they ran out) and was incredibly rude. that would've been nice but I guess I can't have that, so I won't. At least it'll be cheaper this way. I'm hopeful anxious about this new psychiatrist I'm going to wednesday and that he'll add to my list of bad experiences, but we'll see! I'm definitely bringing up the autism thing and fingers crossed he doesn't dismiss it too.
