the cover of Apryl Fool's only album is super cool, I can't help but look at Hosono and Matsumoto though.. those guys went on to be in Happy End, then Hosono made Hosono House and was a third of Yellow Magic Orchestra. And this is where it all began, a really good blues psych album that stands on its own merits but is also super interesting as a historical artifact of sorts. it's well worth a listen, you can find it here on youtube.

feel like I should expand my horizons of 60s experimental music. I've yet to really dive into The Mothers (of Invention), Captain Beefheart (and his Magic Band), there's probably other stuff there I don't even know about but I do love the united states of america. excellent fucking album through and through.
This song is just pure LSD. I love it. It's sort of more.. spoken word than song but there is a background accompaniment to the ramblings and stories, but I love the stories more than anything and the thinking about the miracle of reality.
