I've been so busy this week, just spent five days straight doing some soldering work and wow, I've done so much!!
I repaired a couple of old motherboards, added a 60Hz switch to my Saturn, improved my 32X's video quality, RGB modded -two- N64s and took the leaky capacitors off of my Amiga 600!!!

I was feeling gutted about the Amiga 600 since, when I got it, it was working (though not sold as such, so there's that at least), but then when I first opened it...parts just fell off. But fortunately, it looks as though it might be within my skills to fix it. Time to order new caps, I think ๐Ÿ™‚ Though some pads are still incredibly corroded, so I might not be able to use them. But I was at least able to use their conductivity to trace where they go to consider alternatives! Might see about fitting some equivalent through-hole caps through some vias.

Oh, I also did most of the fixes to my ZX Spectrum that are outlined on this page! https://retrorepairsandrefurbs.com/2021/07/07/sinclair-zx-spectrum-128k2-grey-restoration/
However, the results disappointed a little bit; I think more research and investigation is needed.

But, it's so fun to be able to fix up my own stuff and do things in the ways that suit me! :D
