but i have a single big gripe with it: you cannot scale 3D viewports using Nearest Neighbour scaling

like, bruuuuh. it's literally free.

so, I tried to rebuild it with the PR baked in, but then again, skill issues arise. imma keep on using my pre-release custom 4.3 build until I manage to find a way to skill advantage around the compiler.
