This is the one and only episode that J.Q. Quintel of Regular Show fame storyboarded alongside Kim Roberson.

Two things, both related to drum cymbals.

First, there's a layering error when Ferb plays the rimshot, you can see the outline of his hand even though the cymbal should be obscuring it.

Second, The drumset in this shot during the E.V.I.L. B.O.Y.S. segment is... interesting. I don't think I've ever seen a drumset with only three toms and three hi-hats.

There's a couple noticeable things here so let's get started.
First, there is a small layering error on Phineas' mouth when they first go back in time. In order to save having to draw the character over and over again with different lip flaps, animators will usually draw the character with a static pose and layer a separate lip flap over top of it. This is very common in productions all over the world. But occasionally, layers may be turned off for a frame leading to Phineas becoming Rayman for a frame.

Second, this episode is Carl's first on screen appearance! Funnily enough, his first appearance comes with a flub. His outlines are not colored in properly :P

Finally, the name of Perry's agency, now known as the Organization Without a Cool Acronym (OWCA) was originally named Super Secret Spy Network (SSSN). The name OWCA wouldn't be introduced until the season 2 special "Summer Belongs to You!" and the SSSN name was used very sparingly in the first season, the only other time it's seen is in "Phineas and Ferb Get Busted!" However, the SSSN name and logo were used on various early Phineas and Ferb merchandising, like the one pictured above

Not necessarily a flub or trivia, but I remember watching this for the first time when I was 6 and being absolutely terrified of the end credits. I think it was Doof's vacant stare and everyone screaming as he slowly walked out of the building. Thank god I didn't see Night of the Living Pharmacists until much later when I was a teenager. Otherwise I think I'd never watch Phineas and Ferb ever again.

Stacy's eyebrows disappear for a shot.
This is the first time Doofenshmirtz mentions taking over the Tri-State Area.

Other than that, this episode is pretty sparse on both goofs and Front Facing Phineases, which is to be expected from an episode animated by Rough Draft Korea. I will be explaining each animation studio soon, don't worry.
