I don't believe there is a definite answer to a question like this however.
As we understand it faerie magic works by relationship,
a faerie need only ask something of the world and the world reacts to please the faerie.
sometimes humans are able to resist this influence, if they're psychically trained.

An android can be hacked through software but can it be hacked by psionic interference?

What I do know is that nothing interacts with a faerie without being changed in some way, by their mere presence.
An android who spends enough time with a faerie might experience a lot of bugs, particularly heisenbugs.
