Somehow I completely missed the fact that they were put under Gearbox what a weird choice...
it read to me at the time as an attempt to "extract value" by making them a support studio and I was kind of dubious on how serious they were about it; this shows they were in fact not serious at all
genuinely such a bummer, after everything they'd created and accomplished over their history.
