After a week of solid procrastination, I finally have an updated design for one of my oldest characters. Here she is in all of her silly.
Korula is a first-generation vextar, a sorta artificially-engineered divine being. Korula's "specific expertise" is magic in its entirety. However, due to her origins, Korula is prone to memory loss. Nothing super devastating, but it's very annoying for her. Also, she's blind as hell. Her eyes don't really work, so she needs to rely on seeing eyes like her hat, Censer, or automatons like Spotterflies to see for her. Despite this, she can still "see" magical phenomena due to a unique sixth sense that only vextaar possess; Korula's is particularly well-developed due to her disability in other senses.
Despite these issues, Korula is terrifyingly powerful because of her trademark ability, Magic Mnemonic. Capable of memorizing nearly any magical activity she bears witness to, Korula can replicate it effortlessly, as if she was using it this whole time. She can do this with nearly any type of magic, such as Primal magic, magic of worldshapers, or even the magic of her fellow vextaar. Over the years, Korula has memorized a wide variety of spells. In battle, she's incredibly unpredictable, not helped by her preferred usage of spells that cover large amounts of area to compensate for her blindness and lack of precision.
Korula also bears the distinction of being one of the shortest vextaar, only clocking in at around 4'4". This is without Censer, by the way. Officially, her title is also "Chaos Incarnate," but being the big softie she is, she prefers not being called that.
