This is Ms. Pukiu Piku. She was on the way to become a proper witch, but has seen that magic brings chaos and death, and even worse, leaves a big mess everywhere.
so now she hard-pivoted into the Aspect of the Lotus, which is magic that essentially cancels out and resists other magic. If you get close to her, you can start to feel your own magic start to get overwritten a little.
