I spent.... a lot time on this. Not totally happy with it, but I learned a lot! I think it's time to stop messing it with and move on. Might try a repaint at some point.
I repainted the smoke four times. The fire more or less went off without the hitch. I changed the head a few times, like adjusted the anatomy, made the jaw wider and shorter, ect. Good times!

We need money to get food, because we are exhausted, stressed about what is likely to be a nearly week-long internet outage, and our apartment is freezing because the guy who came to check on the heater said it didn’t really need a working fan motor because most wall heaters don’t, so the new property managers are dragging their feet on any further progress on repairing it or even responding to us. Cooking or cereal is not much of an option right now.
