As with many other things, the legal filings for Cookie's Bustles have been rather peculiar. I'm going to talk about each point one by one. It should be noted that this is not an implication of wrongdoing, but so much of this doesn't add up and an explanation is needed.
With exception of the US-based lawyer himself, the addresses given for the US trademark filing and the UK equivalent either are erroneous or invalid.

The owner details as per the above page is given as follows:
354 Ripon House, Green Lane West, PRESTON, PR3 1XB, United Kingdom
This address does not appear to exist.

However, Green Lane West and onward does. When we go to visit the area, nothing matches "Ripon House" and no building on the short kilometre-long street is numbered anything close to "354". It has a few industrial estates and a couple of homes, but nothing that is marked as anything akin to the address given.
Ripon House however is a legitimate building used for supporting women, but it is not in Preston and instead it's located 100 KM away from in Leeds. It also has an address not resembling anything given in the trademark filing.
The Twitter account for the place does not have anything resembling Cookie's Bustle, but it was nice to see a pride flag show up at some point!
But why Preston? Here's something odd to look at and also something else to look at.
There are a lot of companies registered as something similar to the above address, but with none of them being addressable when looking them up on Google. Peculiarly, "BHP Billiton (Rio Tinto) Global Mining Group Ltd" is rather interesting because BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto are (for now despite some past dealings) separate companies and would not be located on some random estate in Lancashire.
Supposedly the address of the largest and second largest mining companies in the world is as follows:
7554-980 Ripon House Green Lane, West Garstang Preston, PR3 1XB
These filings themselves also do not appear on a map, but it might be worth digging through Companies House to see what else is up.

Unlike the UK filing, we are given an address for a completely different country:
Av. del Ferner, 7 Bustia 2 Andorra la Vella ANDORRA AD500
This address is not valid. However, "ferner" is "to close" in French so part of me wonders about this particular typo. In any event, this address is valid:
Av. del Fener, 7 Bustia 2 Andorra la Vella ANDORRA AD500
At this address (minus the "Mailbox 2"), we can find this taxation firm for clients interested in using Andorra as a place for being a legal entity. The about page has this rather interesting statement:
GESTORIA GESTA is a company specialized in Taxation in Andorra created in 1960 where the main objective is to provide businessmen in Andorra with an accounting, tax and business advisory service adapted to the size of each business or company.
[...]
Personalized advisory services for "Youtubers", "Gamers" and elite Sportsmen
I think that based on the about page, it's pretty safe to assume that this company was used to deal with the legal entity aspect of Graceware, the company supposedly "owning" the Cookie's Bustle IP.
Should I have time another evening, I can take a look a bit further, but I honestly think something stinks here and deserves a deeper dive.
