Who exactly is the doofus who decided Yu-Gi-Oh Rush Duel's physical game wouldn't come out in North America? Because deciding that a highly anticipated, streamlined alternate version that ended up almost entirely eclipsing Speed Duels in global popularity when it hit Duel Links would never catch on is a baffling decision, and they probably shouldn't have a job where they have to make decisions that affect other people.
