I do writing sometimes and people seem to like it for some reason
It bites so much to see a silly image and find out no rather than the image being real or it being a bit with effort put into it it’s instead just something some dipshit typed into a computer
It’s fundamentally less funny! An AI fake of a weird photo does not hit the same as an actual weird photo!
ok but counterpoint: typing in "spyro subway" to dall-e mini made me laugh so hard
This is reminding me of the deep sadness I felt when I found out that little business mouse or whatever was AI 😔
Miss the days when people would open a program and make a silly image instead of generating it with bad faith ass tech
