There are a few definite references, actually. "This space intentionally left blank", "Violent scene missing", one part of the Chimera cutscene. Many other cuts/transitions are also distinctly Monogatari-like, albeit more so in style than in their contents.
I would even argue that the character design in the game has more to do with Monogatari than with any other anime, mostly because of the focus on the eyes
