sometimes when it's cold and my hands get dry i have extremely normal thoughts like "how well would this pizza grease work as hand lotion?" anybody relate?

Yes, but also I don't think it would work that well. Apparently oils can be "wet" or "dry", and the dry ones are what you want for moisturizing. Wet ones stay on your skin until you wash them off with soap.
Neat! I never knew about that distinction.
Another thing I hadn't thought to consider (that a coworker brought up) was whether or not it would clog pores.
