I'll be racing Metroid 2 any% in the smalltime "Game Over Cancer" marathon for the benefit for the Canadian Cancer Society. The race starts at about 2:30PM (PDT), which is in about an hour and a half.

This was an incredible race. Going into it, squidman's and my PBs were within 20-30 seconds of each other. Without spoiling the results, I'll say that the race was pretty close the whole way through, and that we both crushed our PBs to the point that we submitted our race runs to the leaderboards as top 10 times. Also, the commentary by our mutual friend thedagit was quite good and well-informed too.
