I have reached a point in my life where i can confidently refuse to humor someone's participation in a discussion if the basis of that participation is purely "I am frustrated and want people to be frustrated with" regardless of what that discussion is about
Like, someone talking about something is not an inherent invitation to start shitting on everything, and i wish more people realized that. Reading the room is never not an option.
