Mega Man 11 in raw "what this means for the franchise" is so by the book compared to a lot of other entries but there's so many little details that go into making it feel like the platonic ideal of a Mega Man game in my head.
I love the designs for all the enemies and masters. I love how the soundtrack sounds and still think about a lot of the tracks. I love Speed Gear and Power Gear's interactions with different stages and weapons. I love that Mega Man's armor changes a bit to accommodate the weapon he's using. I love that the Masters all have their own little hobbies and stress management strategies that they developed to keep a healthy mindset at their jobs. I love the corny but still excellently-acted voicework. I love Tundra Man just, in general.
I just think it's neat.
