It's possible, with effort and patience, for someone to utilize the power demons possess,

Summoners are those who convince demons, through whatever means they see fit, to join them in a form of mutualism in order to achieve a common goal. While this allows the benefit of a shapeshifting cohort to help you and keep you company, not all demons can be trusted to keep their word, or follow it in the way you'd hope.
Warlocks, meanwhile, utilize the power more directly by channeling it either on the behalf of a sufficiently powerful demon, or by stealing their semblance to use as an amplifier for spells. While you're guaranteed to get what you want, demonic semblance can impart aspects of the original demon's mind onto the user, altering their perception and mannerisms if the caster loses focus.

remembered a character i made based on a dream i had.
it was a first person cutscene intro to something about an escaped lab experiment, with an overlay on one side to imply the character was missing an eye. After he overheard he was destined to die after spending so long expecting to just play nice and get out of there, he just lost it and proved he was just as capable of violence as anyone else. He broke necks, slammed heads and once he got the chainsaw no one was getting out of there with all their limbs unless they gave him a damn good reason.

Then he finally gets to look in a mirror and despite the dead-seriousness of the previous events, he's revealed to be a fucking cartoon gingerbread man shaped like a rabbit. Little gumdrop eye, licoriche for eyebrows and a whipped cream tail. Apparently he was some kind of experimental Easter gift for people that didn't didn't want the long-term consequences that came with surprising their kid with a pet rabbit. The tone whipped from "horror game where you are the monster" to "edgy ps2 game that gets a shockingly well-done HD port and outside of that has not been talked about in years before or since."

when i first woke up i knew I had to draw him and christened him Crumble.

Sir Ralidon Hurrinade was among the best knights of Sturmgard. Strong in body, he was able to life his enormous blade, Winds of Destiny, with one hand. Strong in mind, he was a masterful tactician who designed his weapon to split into a set of four blades to assist those who needed it, and mastered all four sets himself so he may adapt quickly to any situation. But strongest most of all was his heart, being such a gentle and jovial soul that he became a role model for many, young and old.

It was with great honor that people knew him, and so it was with great sadness when they had to bury him, having gave his life to save his squire and his adopted son from a threat no one anticipated; a dragon who would turn on her own kind and the Kendans at large.

His armor was enshrined within Sturmgard Keep, an ever-standing reminder of the standards its warriors must hold themselves to, keeping a watchful eye on them for years to come.

...But some feel that this watch is not metaphorical. After all, the one thing Ralidon never did was let any kind of obstacle stop him.
