Thanks so much, I appreciate the concern! I've been recovering and taking it easy since then, and so far, so good. tbh it's a little silly that I didn't catch myself overworking, but that can be how it goes sometimes with these things. I'm just glad something finally shook some sense into me and got me to finally cut back and enjoy the holiday that was coming up.
