I haven’t been to a con since basically one of the last big ones right before covid and am genuinely unsure of when I’ll feel safe goin to one again (workin on it! Don’t need to talk about it!) but I remember cons and I miss cons and I am currently thinking about like how some of my friends will be up at like 2 or 3 AM doin art down in the lobby on the last night and later when I ask em they’ll be like “oh yeah we went till like 4am or so lol” and I can definitely imagine being up that late but cannot imagine making art at that hour. Everyone gets this surge of energy on the last night but puts it to use in different ways, it’s so cool. I usually use mine to stay up late chatting with the homies like it’s a big sleepover.
