In 1958, Del and Helen Johnson opened the first Sizzler restaurant. They wanted to give customers the taste of a full steak restaurant at fast food prices. Results were mixed depending on region, but "Not Great" is probably a good descriptor for post-millennium Sizzlin' in the USA.

No Goblin started on this day in 2013. Panzer and I made a pact to encourage us to succeed: if No Goblin ever failed, we'd have to eat at a Sizzler. More specifically, we'd have to eat at the Sizzler in Tukwila, WA, whose main claim to fame is that it's five minutes from Seatac International Airport.

It is 2023. The Tukwila Sizzler has been bulldozed, and the US Sizzler chain is now owned by Mr. Wrestling III, a man who's main claim to culinary fame is - and I quote from Wikipedia, the Free Encyclopedia - "the Judy Bagwell Memorial Pie Eating Contest where the pies are suspended above a fork lift".

While we do not own a forklift, No Goblin, however, is alive and thriving!

Okay, time to set the goofs aside and start the victory lap posting: thank you SO MUCH to everyone who's supported us from our start in an ant basement making a goof app about one of our friends, all the way up to the 8 person Professional-ish Video Game Studio we are today!

Thank you to the millions(!) of people who played Roundabout! It is still surreal typing that out into a real sentence!

Thank you to everyone who joined in the Robot Golf Tour Association and had fun knocking down big buildings while playing golf!

Thank you to all of our friends, old and new, who helped us make these games when we were two clowns slamming ideas into an editor randomly. It is beyond humbling to see the incredible amount of talent who helped us with zero reservation by hopping in front of a camera and/or microphone. You're all unbelievable and we are always eternally grateful.

Thank you to everyone on the biz dev side who supported us, but ESPECIALLY thank you to our first party pals who championed our incredibly weird ideas to the highest levels of your large Very Professional And Sensible organizations, and our publisher on Game 3 who sees our incredibly weird ideas on a daily basis and gives us the support to keep making bigger and weird ideas in this already Very Big Game.

Thank you to all of our pals who've been helping out on Game 3! It's been a hot minute, but you'd better believe that once we announce, I'll be shouting out everyone's names from the rooftops. I am in awe of the amazing talent that's brought our characters to life, from VO, to writing, to character modeling, cool animation and more.

And last but absolutely not least, THANK YOU to the amazing team that is No Goblin. We're now 8 people making something that is an order of magnitude bigger, cooler, innovative and more stylish than anything we've ever made before, and there's absolutely no way it would exist without the amazing team that Panzer and I get to work with every day. Cessia, Joules, Jamie, Meg, Izzy, Soaps - thank you, thank you, thank you. You are all wonderful and I can't wait for everyone to soon see the same amazing things you've been making that I get to see every day.

Also, thank YOU! The person reading this post, for reading this post! Pretend it's that weird Time Magazine cover with the mirror on it and that you're looking at yourself. Nice work!
