I've been sayin for years that EGS is just a total flop that is pissing away money on free games and exclusives in a vain attempt to siphon users from Steam, and it just feels great to have that upheld in court by the person in charge of EGS. You can't argue with me, I'm already right! It's been proven in a court of law by someone under oath!

Who was saying it was profitable? They've been in "shovel money into the furnace and hope we get somewhere" mode since they started and it's not hard to see the smoke rising up from that.
