Now the thing is you can't like a comment (or at least I didn't see the button) so if you comment on someone's post and they reply with a comment you have no way to acknowledge their reply without adding another comment and likewise for them, so we've lost the "like as a form of acknowledgment but also I don't have anything else to add word-wise" maneuver for now

I wrote up a reply about how the site has grown much faster than they initially thought so that's changing how people want to use it, but instead I'll just say I could feel you liking the comment but not having anything to say.
