Unsure how much of a bit this is but I did not get cohost invite codes with premium, my understanding is they are not going to be available until the queue is smaller.

Premium is a real thing as the only way for the staff to receive compensation for their efforts running this website (which has understandably increased exponentially in the past month or two), you can find more information in the settings tab.
