The union busting has begun at work today, my District Manager is wondering if I have “time to talk” after my break
Nothing too dire yet - A barista just hit their boiling point on the floor after our feckless assistant manager tried again to shift the blame of corporate cutting hours during holiday onto us for not upselling our customers enough. Coincidentally our District Manager arrived at the same time and wanted to have conversations with folks, but I (now) know enough to recognize an attempt at soliciting grievances and didn't participate in the conversation like the DM was hoping I would. It's a minor thing but it's our first test since going public, and instead of shattering instantly it seems like everyone is rallying together.
