          Gum Monster!!!

We got a visit from a corporate shill claiming to be affiliated with the NLRB yesterday and he seems to be intent on haunting our store until our election date, and as it would happen we had a strategy call scheduled with some of our local union folks that evening so I brought it up and before I even mentioned the guy's name they knew exactly who I was talking about, turns out this dude is a known quantity and most definitely not affiliated with anyone except corporate, and it's apparently quite strange that he's showing up at a store prior to the election date. Exciting stuff!

That's wild. While union busting is illegal in general I'd have assumed impersonating an NLRB rep is a little more enforced as illegal, GUESS NOT

Glad you were able to sniff him out

Near as I can tell what he's doing is saying "I work with the NLRB" and that is technically true, since he frequently talks with them. But some of the less organized folks in my store and misunderstanding his intent and strangely he doesn't seem keen to correct them!
