so apparently, Saskatchewan's government is never gonna get their shit together and fix their income support services website. They had a yellow banner across the top of the web page for multiple days warning of maintenance occurring for business services provided by the government to businesses both big and small, and detailed the expected length of downtime. no such treatment for income support; we're expected to "check back very soon." according to the SK government, "very soon" means over a fucking week.
So, this means I'll now have to apply for disability support in person using local services building. this, however, is a much longer process that requires asking my verbally abusive father to chauffeur me to the services building as well as the two banks where I currently hold accounts. each account sits at less than $5 apiece.
i've asked cohost numerous times for financial assistance. your emphatic, generous help has kept me from having to ask my dad for money to buy food i can actually eat, thus avoiding his spite being directed at me. unfortunately, i'm now at a point where i'm forced to ask him for help a lot, which is going to result in spiteful fits from him about needing to use his vehicle to apply for disability support... as if i have any other vehicle i can fucking use. (i don't.)
