I saw an idea by my fren @phi and it got me thinking about the terminology we use here in the Cohost Communityβ’. So, I would like to make a proposal for how we ought to distinguish between different kinds of chosts.
For the sake of clarity and brevity, each term is compared to its Twitter equivalent.
- A "tweet" on Cohost is called a chost.
- A "retweet" on Cohost is called a cohost.
- A "quote-retweet" on Cohost is called a cochost.
