I genuinely want to know the detailed why about this thou - like did all the people involved just not proof read? Did they think that chernobyl happened in Russia? Did they think that because it happened in the Soviet Union that it must have happened in Russia because the Soviet Union only consisted of Russia? Like I wanna know and have exposed the full levels of ignorance that resulted in the origin of this story

I know times are tough especially in the US but please do not believe randos’ claims of some alternative medicine shit for your hormones, we know what the feminising hormones are and if it's not some combination of oestradiol, progesterone and an anti-androgen like spironolactone or cyproterone acetate don't touch it, doubly so if they're laying on the pride month thing thick, stay safe folks

Also seriously, look into what your blood/serology test numbers should be - I was on half the amount of estrogen I should have been on for 4 years due to absorption issues, my current doctor picked it up because we were discussing HRT research papers and how my numbers were looking - now I'm on double the amount of estrogen I was on and like the difference has been remarkable after 3 weeks!

I also want to postface that comment with more is not necessarily more (it can even be bad for you) - more works for me because I don't absorb half of it, you really need to get to understand your serology test numbers and what they should be, its your transition, you need to be on top of the details <3
