I just want to remind people that it's legally binding, whatever wins the splatfest is truly what the answer of the question is, that included "the chicken came before eggs ever became a thing"
The question asks in a very objective tone, "Which one of those is real", not could be, whoever wins becomes real, whoever doesn't is no longer even if they were before, make sure to have proper weight into your pondering and make Nessie real

Remember: Chapter 3, Paragraph 5 of Splatfest Law dictates that whatever wins is legally the best/real in Inkling/Octoling society.
