The Splatoon 3 version 3.10 patch notes just dropped

From a quick ctrl+F I see that nothing changed for the brellas this time, not even a bug fix this time :(


Main weapon changes

The snipewriter got a damage buff from 60 to 68, it bridges a lot better with other things now

The dapples and the dualies got a slight buff on their endlag

The mini splatling got a fire duration increase

The luna blaster got a radius increase on the 70 damage hitbox

The splatty Nova got some movement buffs

The slosher got some better falloff damage, its minimum damage is now 50

The Reeflux got some increased movement speed and more consistent aim

And the big swig got some better consistency on its vertical flick


Sub weapon changes

The angle shooter now has doubled its paint radius(that's the second painting buff it got)

Burst bombs now take 45% of your ink tank by default, but if you run ink saver sub nothing changed


Special weapon changes

The ink vac now has a bigger vacuuming radius

The tacticooler now deploys a bit faster and can be picked up from double the horizontal distance

The reefslider's splash damage is now 70 at minimum and the explosion is a bit larger

The inkjet's two shot hitbox is now a bit larger and the jump from pressing B now goes higher up

The ultra stamp is now transparent if you're swinging, turning will be easier and its area of effect is a bit larger

THE CRAB TANK GOT A NERF now it has endlag after coming out of its ball form and after it ends, either by its time running out or being shredded(I cannot believe it took like, what, nine months? Before something like this happened? I don't really know if it will be meta shifting or anything, but it is an actually significant change, at least)

The Kraken is now more vulnerable to knockback if it's on tower(thankfully) and it will drop all of its clams when used(great)


Ability changes

Sub defense up now has a bigger effect against fizzy and burst bombs earlier, the maximum effectiveness hasn't changed

Opening Gambit now gets double the duration increase from getting splats or assists(it used to increase by 7.5 seconds, now it increases by a whole 15) and it also grants 30 AP(three mains) of intensify action, I don't really know how big this effect it will have on its usage, it might still be a waste of the slot, but it's a lot better than it used to be, at least


Points for special changes

The carbon deco went from 200 to 190
The .96 deco went from 200 to 210


Disappointed that the Brellas got nothing again, and kinda weirded out that they didn't change the points for special on the splash, but hey, it had a crab nerf, and one that was significant, even, that's something

@eden brought up in the comments that she doesn't feel like the reefslider buff is very significant, so here I'm going to list a few things that bridge with 70 damage into a splat that don't on 60 to hopefully explain a bit on why it's significant:
Reefslider weapons:

3 undercover brella pellets(36 damage)
1 shot from the dapple dualies(36 damage)


Shooters:

1 jet squelcher shot(32 damage)
1 sploosh-o-matic shot(38 damage)
1 squeezer first shot(38 damage)
1 squeezer painting mode shot(30 damage)


All Rollers now get a guaranteed splat:

The carbon roller's minimum damage is 30
The splat roller's minimum damage is 35
The flingza roller's minimum damage is 30
The dynamo roller's minimum damage is 30
The big swig roller's minimum damage is 35


Sloshers:

1 explosher indirect(35 damage)
1 of bloblobber's lawful blobs(30 damage)
1 sloshing machine indirect(38 damage)
The tri slosher now gets a guaranteed splat(Its minimum damage is 35)


Splatlings:

1 heavy splatling shot(30 damage)
1 nautilus shot(32 damage)
1 mini splatling shot(32 damage)
1 hydra splatling shot(32 damage)
1 ballpoint splatling precise shot(30 damage)


Dualies:

1 splat dualies shot(30 damage)
1 glooga dualies shot(36 damage)


Blasters

1 rapid blaster indirect(35 damage)
1 clash blaster indirect(30 damage)


Splatanas:

1 splatana stamper horizontal slash (35 damage)
1 splatana wiper horizontal slash(30 damage)


Stringers:

1 tri stringer fully charged shot(35 damage)
1 tri stringer tap shot(30 damage)
1 Reeflux tap shot(30 damage)


Sub weapons:

The curling, suction, splat and auto bombs have a 30 damage hitbox
The fizzy and burst bombs have a 35 damage hitbox
An angle shooter shot does 35 damage
3 torpedo pellets deal 36 damage


Special weapons:

The super chump has a 35 damage hitbox(I think...?)
The inkjet has a 30 damage hitbox
The tenta missiles have a 30 damage hitbox
The crab does 32 damage on shot and its explosher shot does 30 damage on indirect
The ultra stamp throw has a 30 damage hitbox on landing


The brushes also get a more consistent splat, their minimum damage is under 30 so I didn't really know whether to put it on the list or not, otherwise I think this is everything?

For the dapple dualies it means if they hit one shot after the reefslider explodes they get a kill, the underbrella also gets a more consistent kill after it
For the other reefslider weapons it's not doing much for them but it has better bridges for their teammates, one very important one is that it now bridges with a burst bomb indirect! Meaning tetras now have even better synergy with the splash and the stamper(and whatever other weapons have burst bomb)

Oh yeah, I wasn't thinking about that. That's nice! My memory is also shot and thought that Snipewriter had angle shooter which would be cool with its buff to let you combo kill, but no...
