I think my first month or two of using cohost last year was about getting used to everyone not having access to numbers, and once I overcame that hurdle everything seemed to click after that and become a pretty chill time. it's pretty nice so far tbh.

And I as a viewer as opposed to a maker also am rather enjoying it!
While liking and sharing can feel a bit flimsy (though not any more flimsy than other social media tbh) the feed experience, tag searching, hell even commenting is better (look at all the words and effects I can use!)

I've only been using the site for a day or two but it's already nice not being too intimidated to speak to anyone with more followers than i have, i think its way too easy to subconsciously use followercounts as a way to value yourself relative to other ppl without realizing it
