I've decided on a food journey. To try and find another reuben that good.
Just bear in mind! All these are being compared to a sandwich I've been thinking about for a decade. That's a high bar to clear!

Solid sammich. Bread had good crunch, and had a decent enough ratio of meat to sourkraut.
Definitely appreciate the old staff teaching the new one making it going "no, no. Add more." Several times.
