The simple basic rotation, the fast, vicious, but manageable burst, the flexible timing on basically every ability except Arcane Circle and Gluttony … plus the visual and sound effects are really satisfying. Granted it’s also the new hotness, but I think this job and I will be together for a while. slash kaslash, slash-slash-slash!
Addendum: rearranged my burst hotbar today based on combat experience, specifically the experience of trying to do my Enshroud burst while running to avoid mechanics last night. I realized I should put my positionals (which double as my single target enshrouded attacks) someplace I could press them easily while I was moving. The new burst hotbar layout is definitely superior, but I was fighting muscle memory much of this evening.
