Got Warrior to item level 650 on Tuesday, then augmented my Credendum chest piece, so I’m actually just a bit above that; just got Sage to all 650 gear today. Next will be getting Reaper into all 650 — I splurged on the Avatar’s Scythe, but I still have some Anabaseios stuff in some slots on that job, and I want a mix of gear from the three different il650 sets.
One interesting thing I noticed: the new Theogonic equipment sets from Thaleia have a few pieces with really good stats, but most of them aren’t particularly awesome. The Fending set is honestly the best of any applicable to the jobs I play regularly, but since I’m a tank main, I’ll be shooting for a full set of il660 Augmented Credendum gear, which makes the whole il650 Theogonic set less interesting. I lucked into the Theogonic Gauntlets of Fending on my first run; the only other fending piece I wanted was the pants, but leg pieces give such a big stat boost anyway I decided to just augment my Credendum pants instead next week unless the Theogonic ones fall into my lap on my first weekly run. Besides that, I want one piece each for maiming and casting, and that’s all for the jobs I’m interested in gearing up!
