I'm so upset that there's no easily-consumable Universus content. I'd love to see gameplay that's as informative and responsive as YuGiOh or MtG, but instead I'm watching a bunch of Deck Profiles because that's easier to understand.
If you put Hanta Sero from the MHA CCG (Universus) in to a fighting game, he's LITERALLY just MvC2 Spider Man. The two Responses that punish blocking are like a Universal Grab and a Command Grab, and the Enhance is just normal Rushdown Mixups. In Marvel 2, Spider-Man is just a Shoto with a command grab. He's got a Hado, he's got a Tatsu, and he's got a DP; they're just Web Ball, Web Swing, and Spider Sting. Plus, he's got a Half-Screen Command-Grab in Web Throw.
I wish I knew how to balance fake cards, because I would LOVE to make Universus cards based on Guilty Gear, Homestuck, and Kengan Ashura. It's just that making a full set of fake Fan Cards is an INSANE time investment.
