Every human, at least once in their life, should have a crew to help finish a project of theirs. There are so many things that just can't be done by yourself, and everyone probably has at the very least one good idea worth bringing to reality, and I just think it's a little sad and a missed opportunity for our species that they never get the chance to finish a passion project.
Like, you could get a whole group of people with ideas that synergize with each other and each person eventually gets their opportunity to be the heads of their projects, just imagine what could come of that.
It could be development of that video game idea they've always had, it could be building the library they've always dreamed about, it could be a friend group constructing individual vehicles that transform into sections of a giant battle robot, it could be developing an underwater city one building at a time, the possibilities are endless. Maybe the crews could consist of laborers, planners, designers, etc, or maybe it could even be a robot crew to automate tedious precision manufacturing jobs, but either way it would be nice to imagine that everyone could get their opportunity to make something amazing for humanity.
I like to think of how things could be if our species operated as if we were all sharing the same planet as every other human and cooperated in ways that would actually benefit each other and that planet.
