How do I trust all the things she ever said to me? She was sitting around thinking about breaking up with me for months; wish she had told me about it. I told her I wanted to marry her someday just a handful of months ago.

oh my god that's so painful, I'm so sorry that happened to you 😣😭 i think the best advice i can offer is "don't watch comfort shows to cope, you gotta watch trash" - something i read once about making sure you don't associate other things you like to a moment of time that was very painful.
