I see lots of dumb shit on the Internet and off, we all do, and a lot of it is dumb/wrong/sexist/racist, foolish whatever. But so much of it does not matter to my life and I no longer want it to have control over me. But my upbringing is making it Extremely Difficult, my dad would let any old random dumb thing set him off so that's what I did too. But I always hated that side of him and it took a long time to realize I had taken up this habit. And it'll take longer to unlearn it.
