Very funny when a customer calls in for assistance with something i do dozens of times a day, I explain the SOP to them, they get irrationally upset/throws a tantrum at me and hang up on me then send me a bad survey and then they call back the next day, having been humbled by the Dealer who told them I'm the only person that can help them. You KNOW I told them I recognized them just to hear the shame in their voice. Fuck you, assholes.
