just got a call from a guy upset that he got in his car at the airport and the keyfob on his car is dead, so i offered to set him up to have his car towed to the dealership, because that's our only recourse for that on modern vehicles. if the keyfob is dead, you can try replacing the battery if you've got access to it, or you take it to the dealership, because modern cars are a fucking joke and most do not start if the rfid chip in the keyfob is depowered or not recognized by the car.
