I do have a weak spot for slowburn stuff. Especially when it's wholesome as heck

I read an MLP fanfic where human scientists turned a girl into a pony (consentually) via a machine filled with grey goo and various robotic stuff like this. It was a cool fic for other reasons also

yes. this stuff is so good and we too want to see a lot more of it

I honestly love the second idea, take a medication for a year and discard part of your humanity with no real downside

Slowburn medical TFs are amazing but yeah, there definitely needs to be more of them. The idea of it being this huge irreversible commitment that takes ages but ultimately leads to a more fulfilling existence as another species… mroww! Especially when each noticed change is documented in the artwork/story.

I definitely would like to see something like this be more of a thing. Just most TF in places, but I like the idea of it being scientifically plausible.
