it really did

there's lots of ways that machine learning has been working to the benefit of people making their own creative stuff, but now LLMs and generative AI are sucking up so much money, resources, and staff that I can only imagine how much it's hurting ML stuff

i'd much rather see mediapipe improvements than more glorified chatbots
