or Voo, a skiff built wizh an exotic anti-gravetic engine. It uh, doesnt work ZHAT well, but she makes do wizh it. She ended up employed in the library or archives or somezhing like zhat, where she can use it to hover near zhe high shelves. Which she reaches wizh slightly longer, more flexible legs, making her very bouncy. In her off time, she enjoys bounding across zhe wilderness, not nearly as fast as most ozher skiff, but enjoying herself none-zhe-less. And when wilderness gets boring, she can always bounce between zhe rooftops.
edit: i forgot to explain zhe ying-traits. zheyre limit switches ok? totally legit, to keep her from bouncing directly into zhe cieling. But skiffs arent known for moderation i zhink, so, enjoy your concussions voo.
