anyway what i mean is i get where you're coming from. also my dentist does prescribe me lorazepam for dental work (which also doesn't do much to me, lol) so they absofuckinglutely can do it and if they made a promise re: your comfort and safety and pulled the rug out from under you, you're absolutely allowed to say no and ignore any conditions they try to impose on you

Just had the first one, anesthetized but there were still sparks of pain I was feeling because I already had to ask for another injection once and I figured going for 4 injections would be dangerous so I just didn't tell them I was feeling pain. but yeah no anxiety meds. Listening to an audiobook helped A LOT though
